How To Switch Off Translucency In OS X Yosemite - Mac Tip

Apart of the refreshed design in OS X 10.10 Yosemite is a new translucent / transparent look, similar to what you are probably already used to in iOS 7 and iOS 8. Of course for many reasons like for vision issues or if you just don't like it - you can turn the translucency off. To do so, follow these simple steps.

How To Switch Off The Translucency /
Transparency in OS X Yosemite:

1. Open System Preferences

2. Click Accessibility

3. On the Display options, check on Reduce transparency.
