How To Set Photo As iPhone Wallpaper - iOS Tips & Tricks

It's time for another iPhone basic tip! This time it's how to set a photo as a wallpaper.

So you've taken a bunch of cool photos and now you want to make them your lock screen and home screen wallpapers. If you're new to the iPhone and are not to sure how to set them, follow these steps:

How to Set A Photo As iPhone's Wallpaper (in iOS 7/ iOS 8):

There are a couple ways to change your screens wallpaper, but for this tip - I'll assume that you want to choose a wallpaper from your photos.

1. Open the 'Photos' app.
2. Select the picture you want to set.
3. Tap the 'share' button - it's a square with an arrow pointing up.
4. Now, swipe the bottom row icons to the left, and tap 'Use as Wallpaper'.
5. Pinch and zoom, set the image how you would like it to appear. Set perspective zoom on or off. (The zoom is the '3D' effect).
6. Once you have the image positioned, tap "Set".
7. Now choose whether you want this image as your Lock Screen, Home Screen, or both. And that's it! You can always repeat the steps to set a wallpaper for the other option, if you didn't choose both.

If you liked this tip, be sure to share it to everyone you know! Thanks for reading - and don't forget to check out more iOS Tips & Tricks, or our other posts.
