iPhone Tip: How To Change Default Search Engine In Safari

Did you know that you can change the default search engine in Safari on your iPhone / iPad? Apple has given iOS users three different search options; Google, Yahoo and Bing. And in iOS 8, the fourth option of DuckDuckGo.

The option is very easy to change - just follow these steps:

1. Open the 'Settings' app on your iOS device.
2. Scroll down to, and select 'Safari'.
3. Tap the first option, 'Search Engine'.
4. Select your desired search provider.

Done! Exit Settings, head back to Safari - and your search will now be on the site that you selected.
